Food was delivered 2 hours 15 mins after online order , food cold on delivery

Pre ordered at 1pm, food wasn't delivered till almost 8pm and had to be heated. Not the usual service expected .

Great food, best curry on the southside!! Collection service was excellent, ready bang on time and nice customer service. The portion sizes are great, food was fresh and tasty. We’re new to the area and tried the restaurant so returned for a takeaway, definitely will be ordering again.

This was my first time ordering after hearing only incredible things. I waited over 2hrs for delivery. Phoned the restaurant after 1.5hrs and they were abrupt, not very polite and told me my food was on its way. I called again after 20 mins to which another employee said they'd phone the driver. Food eventually arrived 10 mins later. Disappointing. Probably won't order again.

Waited an hour and 30 minutes in the restaurant for my pick up order, after 1 hour it turns out they lost the ticket in the kitchen and told no one about it. I wonder how long I would have waited if I did not say anything. No discount on my order nor anything extra to apologise for the lengthy wait. Shocking customer service

The best Indian Restaurant in Glasgow. Cooked fresh and always fantastic quality.

Ordered mushroom pakora, pink sauce, yoghurt & tandoori chicken. All good. Chicken was beautifully moist & tender. Owner kindly added in a free naan. Delivery very efficient & quick.
